What is La French Box?

La French Box is a french food delivery service offering subscription boxes and single boxes in Australia. Every month, we invite you to explore, discover, and relish the delights within our carefully curated boxes and allow yourself to be virtually transported to France!

La French Box also makes the perfect gift for the adventurous friend. Our website was created with the intent of making the gift-giving process quick, easy, and painless.  

What's inside La Foodie Box?

Each Foodie Box is composed of 5 or more French products. All the products are sealed or carefully packaged to travel. The Foodie Box is a selection of sweet and savoury items, such as (but not limited to) chocolates, nougats, jams, mustards, sauces, pates, canned meats, canned fish, chutneys, spreads, rillettes and more.

All of our boxes include a description card of each product: origins, tasting tips, and why we love it.

What's inside La Gourmet Box?

Each Gourmet Box is composed of 5 or more French delicacies. All the products are sealed or carefully packaged to travel. The Gourmet Box is a selection of gourmet items, both sweet and savoury, such as (but not limited to) truffle products, saucissons, cured meats, cheese, chocolates, nougats, jams, mustards, sauces, pates, canned meats, canned fish, chutneys, spreads, rillettes and more.

What's inside La Sweet Box?

The Sweet Box is a selection of only sweet items, such as (but not limited to) spreads, chocolates, nougats, jams, lollies and more

How does the subscription boxes work?

Simply choose the duration of your subscription: 2 month, 4 month or 6 month. You will receive one box a month.

All subscription boxes are shipped on the 15th of each month. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number from our carrier.  

No automatic renewals, no extra charges, no cancellations. 

How does the single boxes work?

Once you have placed an order for a single box, we will be shipping it in the next three business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number from our carrier.  

What if I have allergies or dietary requirements?

We are more than happy to tailor our boxes to vegetarian customers with La Végé Box. Unfortunately, we cannot personalise or customise our boxes to tailor your allergies or other dietary requirements. Keep in mind that if there is anything you cannot eat, you'll make a happy friend or family member!

Can I place large orders for corporate gifting or special events?

Sure, we’d be happy to discuss your specific needs. Please email us at lafrenchbox.au@gmail.com with a brief description, and we’ll contact you right away to discuss. 

What if I want to buy the subscription box as a gift?

What a great friend you are! Simply tick "send me a gift certificate" at checkout and we will email it to you, so that you can print it or email it to your friend. 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver Australia wide.

How do I report an issue with my order?

If, for any reason, you encounter an issue with your box(es), you still have questions, concerns, or any big ideas, please email us right away at lafrenchbox.au@gmail.com

  2. A valid, working email address
  3. Order number
  4. Brief description of the issue
